How we helped a leading consultancy to develop a collaborative work platform.

Challenge

For a major global consulting firm with a geographically distributed workforce, operations in more than 100 countries and a variety of sectors, smart collaboration between remote teams is a key priority and value driver for their clients. As part of a digital transformation initiative, MVP Factory was brought onboard for multi-stakeholder product management and to develop a custom application for collaborative work, workflow/task management and sharing of complex, dynamic real-time reports.

Solution

MVP Factory deployed and managed three teams consisting of MVPF frontend engineers, designers, and product managers, a team of third-party backend engineers and the client’s in-house QA. MVP Factory also introduced a product council to align and manage the various clients’ internal departments and external service providers involved in the project and to ensure smooth delivery of every release.
